In our case, we actually were limited in our ability to be on site as I was on bed rest for seven months during the construction and decorating phase. Many of our friends who have built homes have told us that they needed to be on site multiple times a week, checking for mistakes and ensuring appropriate progress; for us this was not an option with my medical limitations. BD and their team didn't miss a beat, monitoring and ensuring progress and quality during this time. The final product of our home, which did not suffer in the least from our inability to be regularly on site, is a testament to their meticulous administration.
