Professionalism-Poor Knowledge-Poor Work Quality (working drawings, project management, hiring of subs, accounting)- Poor Ability to meet deadlines and budgets-Poor My project commenced in February 2018, had a completion date of May 30th 2018 and is still unfinished as I write this on November13, 2018. Besides defaulting on the completion date, several other provisions and proceedures agreed upon in the contract were defaulted upon as well. There have been many mistakes including attempts to substitute products and materials I did not authorize, failure to provide complete and accurate plans, and failure to have a construction manager to coordinate and supervise the subcontractiors. The estimates were low, possibly intentionally so, and some costs more than doubled. I recieved false/ inaccurate billing statements that were missing large payments I had made, did not provide necessary documentation, and included inflated charges. I recieved no explanation nor apology and am unsure if this was attempted fraud or incompetence. I hope this review will help others avoid a lot of pain, frustration, and loss of dollars.

From the very 1st schematic design blueprint sketches reflecting how he interpreted the design of our new home to the final design construction documents, Jesse's considerable talent to create fresh, personalized and extremely well detailed design was ever apparent. Combined with the fact that Jesse always has a positive and upbeat attitude, a home design-build process that can become overwhelming was only made more enjoyable. As a result of having the additional capability to transfer his detailed knowledge of the home design into an active construction administration role inclusive of regular site visits, documenting the entire construction process and closely interacting with the various subcontractors to answer any questions that arise during the actual construction, Jesse insures that the nuances of his blueprint design are accurately incorporated into the actual construction.
