“John has nearly completed the plans for our new house and it has been a great experience working with him. He has a rare combination of both creative and analytic abilities. From a very general vision we initially provided, he was able to develop a high level plan in very few iterations, despite the fact we live out of state and had only a couple of face to face meetings. His use of 3D renderings was quite helpful in this process.
The construction documents he created were extremely detailed and well thought out. Our builder was quite impressed and had no significant suggestions for changes.
John's customer service ethic is also admirable. He is very responsive, patient, and always meets his commitments for deliverable dates and content.
We break ground in a couple of months and based on our experience so far, expect John will work with our builder towards a successful project.”
