“Kevin found a practical way to fit in all the spaces we wanted, so our house functions perfectly for our family. He provided 2 very different design options so we could asses the costs involved. Even though we opted for separate rooms rather than too many knock throughs, there is still a feeling of space throughout the whole house because of the way the spaces flow into each other. The bathrooms are an appropriate size adding a feeling of luxury, the utility provides the ideal place to fit a salon chair for me to work from home, and we have the perfect alcove to store our coats and shoes without cluttering up the hallway. Kevin also had some experience and understanding of the planning process in my area, making the design process stress free.”

“Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

“Olivier has been an amazing inspiration, support and problem solver throughout our renovation of a ground floor flat in a Victorian terrace in South London. The initial process involved a detailed consultation and investigation of the property to assess our needs and the possibilities of our new home. Olivier has a professional but friendly manner, with a reassuring confidence and good communication. We immediately loved his designs and ideas for our space, and appreciated him really listening to our own ideas and input. His recommendations for tradesmen were solid and he had an excellent working relationship with all parties and trades. He made the whole process clear and offered pragmatic solutions throughout the project. We are thrilled with our new home and thankful to have been creatively guided through the process by such a talented architectural designer.”

“Alessandra supported us with our kitchen renovation. She spent with us half day at Magnet to design our kitchen, select the materials and the colours. She was very careful and detailed oriented to make sure the kitchen we were getting was exactly what we needed/wished for. Important to note that Alessandra is open find solution for what you need/wish for (different from other architects who wants to put their mark and leave their “stamp” in their designs). She did delivered not a kitchen, but what we called a master piece of art - her careful selection of colour and materials + solutions to corners and panels at the top/at the bottom to hide electrics paid off having her in that work. Everyone who comes to our house or lastly who sees our kitchen from Zoom/Skype or Team spots how beautiful it is (not only beautiful, but for us who uses the kitchen it is entirely functional, easy to clean and all sorted). Thank you Alessandra - you made us very happy and ensured lockdown could be easily managed with our new lovely and super functional (easy to clean) kitchen! Before Alessandra - red kitchen. “Corrie has recently helped us to come up with some new ideas on how to reconfigure our house. My husband and I had been going round in circles about how we could fit two bathrooms into the house. Corrie came up with fresh ideas that we hadn’t thought of (and we had thought a lot!), so we will now be able to have the en suite we have always wanted. Corrie is practical but also uses imagination when looking at a space. We have valued his advice immensely, as we needed a creative approach on how to make use of fairly inflexible rooms and he provided just that - with options! We felt that Corrie’s experience working on both hotel and housing projects, made him perfect for us, as he knows how to make things work in small spaces but also understands how people want to live, so his suggestions are both valuable and visually appealing. I can’t recommend Corrie enough as an architect and on top of that he’s a genuinely lovely person. Even if you’re not quite sure what you want yet, it’s worth getting in touch as he might just help you work it out.”

“Innovative design ideas with precise attention to detail. FP provided a thorough service from design to project management (including liaising with builder throughout project; obtaining planning permission; managing payment schedules). Good source of knowledge and advice for furnishings and fittings. Some expensive tastes...! Very nice to deal with and would reccomend without any hesitation.”

They were very keen to understand our thought process and what we wanted to achieve, and were creative with the design, coming up with many great ideas. In addition, Isaak was very helpful from a technical and operational perspective – providing sound advice and guiding us through the planning, building regs and tendering process. “Our experience with Go plans has been excellent. They arranged a home visit at very short notice, listened to our suggestions and compiled the initial drawings relatively quickly. They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer.
