After moving from out of state, we had purchased a view lot in a newly developed gated community and driving through one weekend, we stopped and talked to a neighbor who was working in their yard about their beautiful home and they recommended that we call the designer and gave us the number to Summit Ridge. We had talked to two others designers beforehand but after meeting with all three, there was no question who we wanted to work with and we couldn't be happier. The design of our home not only fits our new northwest lifestyle but its entire design was created around us. Each room was carefully planned out and is a reflection of our lifestyle. “Jevon designed an uncommonly attractive and functional house for us. He listened to our requirements and wishes, discussed structural and cost constraints, and put together a set of plans with which we were well pleased. The construction went smoothly with zero "redos" on the fly. Jevon was readily available to the general contractor, and on-site questions were quickly and efficiently answered. The only thing that could have been better, would have been a more energetic approach in dealing with the local bureaucracies. A longtime friend and architect from out of state visited last year and proclaimed, "This house captures your personality," which he deemed a high compliment among architects.”
