The hardest check you write in a remodeling project is the one to the architect, but it is also the most valuable. We love the house Robyn designed for us! It is comfortable and beautiful in so many ways. To give just a few examples, the window placements bring in light in a way that makes us feel good every day. We continue to marvel at the way Robyn combined wood, metal and glass to create warmth, beauty and structure. So many homes these days are just an architectural jumble - Robyn did a great job combining traditional and modern forms into a home that really works. Gary Allen

In 2011, I bought a 1920's house in a neighborhood that I love but I did not love the house. My daughter told me bluntly after looking at the front of the house, "that house looks weird." I knew the front of the house needed something done to it but I was just not sure what, although I had a lot of different ideas. I turned to Robyn Salathe Architecture for help and I was shocked by her fantastic design solutions. My house was turned into a show-stopper. I've had three strangers knock on my door asking for the name of the architect that designed my renovation. My neighbors could not have been more please at the renovation. The value that Robyn added to my home was not just ascetically pleasing but she also improved the function of the space. I am so glad I turned my design over to a talented designer. I think of what I had desided to do on my own and I look at what Robyn designed and I realize I would have made a big mistake if I would have followed through on my ideas. I highly recommed working with Robyn.
