“Franklin Zaldivar researched and designed a fireplace mantel for our 102 year old home. Carlos Zaldivar contracted the carpenter and the tile expert. The mantel is beautiful and looks as if it was built at the same time as the house. Our home is now the jewel of the neighborhood.”

He worked closely with us and our builder throughout the process to insure that the integrity of his conceptual design was realized. Ignacio chose low maintenance contemporary building materials and techniques to give us a unique design that took full advantage of the views afforded by the site. He is very accommodating to our likes and needs regarding interior design issues of which he is also very adept. Ignacio worked tirelessly to locate alternative acceptable products and solutions to help keep us within our budget. His positive, friendly, and accommodating personal demeanor has made the project fun and exciting for us. He has made our dream house come true. " The Goat Sheds" home project pays homage to a way of life that supported our family for generations.”

“Lex has a high degree of knowledge with structural and engineering aspects of design, so important for integrity of the project but also greatly streamlined the print review and permitting process. Lex also offers an amazing level of architectural design and detail that create a unique and blended project with the existing home. One would be hard pressed to find an architect with Lex's level of expertise, knowledge of architectural elements, along with such an amiable and pleasant attitude. “Gordon has an amazing gift that allows him to see your vision and then transcribe it onto a blueprint. He did an incredible job incorporating every little nuance we were looking for. After being in our home for three years now, I cannot think of one thing we would do differently. I used to work for Marriott as an owners rep during construction of their hotels and most of my time was spent fixing/ resolving all of the design errors. During the construction of my Riverstone Design home I had very limited design issues to resolve. Gordon thinks of everything and delivers an extremely comprehensive set of plans that will be easy to implement. As a bonus, Gordon's wife Darcy is a designer and they work extremely well together. Darcy also picks up the vision quickly and puts all the finishing touches on the final product in a very professional, fun and easy process. What an amazing team!! I highly recommend that you at least meet these wonderful people and see if they are a good fit for your custom home design.”
