“Vanessa is amazing! So much so that I've given her the nickname "Sydney's Best", abbreviated from "Sydney's Best Architect". We have undertaken 2 renovations and Vanessa was the architect on both occasions. In fact, we delayed our 2nd renovation to coincide with her return to Australia so she could be on-site for the job. Vanessa has a relaxed and friendly manner that belies her expertise and talent. Whilst her ideas and recommendations are outstanding, Vanessa's great strength is her ability to listen to and understand what we were hoping to achieve and then to make it happen. Twelve months on from completion and we continue to be blown away with how happy we are with Vanessa's design. We love the home that Vanessa has designed for us and truly couldn't be happier. The wonderful thing is that it isn't just a home for adults or a home for kids. Vanessa has designed a home that is to be lived in and everyone living in the house loves it. The design takes in so many considerations - it's a home for entertaining and a home for living; it accommodates people having their own spaces but also areas for people to interact; the space is utilised extremely well with the roof and under deck areas utilised to create maximum storage and an additional room. The design is very clever. Additionally, Vanessa has a great approach to working with the builder and sub-contractors and whilst you often hear about builder / architect difficulties Vanessa's approach and way of working with people ensures a happy and positive outcome for all parties. We are now looking at developing some apartments and wouldn't think of using anyone else. In fact, we can't wait to work with Vanessa again. Great person. Wonderful architect.”

“Never have I been so pleased to engage a professional service as I have done on this occasion. My interaction with The Site Foreman began with a hand shake and that has set the tone from the very first interaction. I respect and use the concept of 'straight talk' and once the team became aware of my style all discussions have been frank, open and honest - the only way to conduct business in my opinion. Please do not read into this negative robust discussion but rather read that this has been a journey of respect, communication, listening and my learning about how to go about such a project of a knock down rebuild. (I don't yet have photos, but when I do, they will be posted for sure.) We are yet to get this project complete but I have no doubt that if the journey that we have had thus far is how our build is going to progress, then I believe that I have made new friends and not just conducted a business transaction. I have recommended TSF to a colleague and he has engaged this professional group also. Thoroughly recommend The Site foreman to anyone seeking to build or renovate. It will be an experience, but if you listen to the advice, heed any warnings and be prepared to learn why and not close of your options that may be suggested, it will be a positive experience and you will get a good outcome.”
