WE MOSTLY DO MID-SIZE PROJECTS Most of our projects have had a construction cost between $300,000 to $800,000. A typical size project for us involves rebuilding a portion of the home and adding rooms like a bedroom and bathroom (or two). Sometimes within a single storey, sometimes adding another storey. WE EMBRACE YOUR VISION We help translate your vision into spaces tailored to the way you want to live in your home. Amanda is an exceptional architect. We interviewed several architects for our renovation and Amanda was the clear stand out. She understands how to maximise space, is masterful with maximising natural light and goes above and beyond throughout the entire design process. The first time we met Amanda she immediately picked up on site specific challenges and opportunities that other architects missed. For instance, Amanda was able to immediately rule out a complying development approach based on eyeballing the width of our block, possible through her deep knowledge of council and planning regulations. Prior to engaging Amanda she built us a cardboard model of her proposed design, carried out previous DA searches on the property to identify information that could assist in the development application process and provided transparent information on pricing. Amanda kept us informed on a near real-time basis throughout the design process via Slack, with dedicated channels for different aspects of the project. She assisted with the building tender process, and helped us visualise the eventual design with phenomenal 3D renders. During the build Amanda made herself available to assist with any enquiries and was very generous with her time. Amanda cares about the end result, is a masterful designer and we are very grateful to have had her on our team!

I can highly recommend Amanda from PandA Studio's. As the builder on one of her residential projects last year (5 month build) she delivered a design that exceeded the clients expectations, an architectural rebuild of a 3 bed bungalow in Drummoyne that brought much needed light and layouts to make the house both practical and uplifting to live in. Communication of details and architectural intentions were very easy to the client and myself which led to an excellent build on time and budget.

Amanda of PandA is a brilliant architect. I am a town planner who worked with her. She was great to work with and was able to grasp the planning issues quickly as well as produce drawings in the form that i had asked and always to a high standard. She also produced a comprehensive set of plans for the Land & Environment Court very quickly, which was outstanding and impressive for all involved and as well it became a great result for the client - actually better than expected .

I engaged Amanda to design a major, modern extension to our period home, doubling it in size. She was fantastic to work with, taking our concept and turning it into a beautiful and functional design. The modern part of the house connects seamlessly to the old, with both sitting together harmoniously. The design makes great use of the aspect, landscape and natural light, and has been designed for maximum environmental sustainability. Amanda has wonderful attention to detail, and managed the builder with confidence and aplomb. She was able to navigate any planning or building hurdles that arose, which left us in the happy position of knowing it was all taken care of. We have now been in our house for almost a year and couldn't be happier with the results. My husband and I worked with Amanda on the full renovation of our turn-of-the-last-century worker’s cottage in Camperdown. We were looking for someone to redesign the small space to make it more comfortable and liveable. A creative use of space and light were our number one criteria. Amanda was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. Her calm approach is thoughtful and collaborative. She guided us every step of the way and produced a creative and quality design. One of the best things we did was engage Amanda to supervise the construction phase including weekly site meetings. She went above and beyond and took away a lot of the stress involved in this phase. She gave us very good advice along the way and proved invaluable in noticing the details that matter.
