“I chose BKW Architects (Keegan Winkeller - Principle) for my full gut rehab project in Edwards, Colorado in summer of 2019. The scope of the job was to create final working plans and renders, etc. for the remodel and present to the Design Review Committee of the HOA for design approval which required a stamped plan set. Keegan has a really good eye for design and has worked on many very high end residential projects in the greater Vail, CO valley. His 14 Plus years experience in architecture along with his previous background having worked on construction projects (remodels and new builds) gives Keegan an excellent insight into really how projects need to be approached and managed both from a design, execution and budgetary perspective. His depth of knowledge and ability is superior to many in the field. He was most professional in all our dealings, during and after the project completed. I would definitely recommend BKW for any such projects and would hire them again on future projects. It was truly a pleasure doing business with BKW.”

“I worked with Gigi on expanding their space to utilize the additional square footage downstairs. We wanted to improve the storage space and the efficiency of the area. I think we the achieved that with the finished design in the short amount of time that we had to accommodate their project. I would love to work with her again on projects in the future! “We hired Donna to help us create flow between our indoor and outdoor living spaces. She gave the project her full time and detail and she nailed it! We are now enjoying a new beautiful 12 foot sliding glass door that opens to a renovated covered patio while also maintaining a stunning view of Mt. Sopris. We enjoyed her ideas, her enthusiasm, the multiple tools she used to present her ideas, and her cooperative ethic in working with our contractor. We highly recommend Donna Riley Architect.”

He hooked us up with a similarly very competent contractor. I've done many projects and was wary of using an "in house" contractor, but never felt marginalized. Juan, one of Manchester architects was especially terrific- he was the one to see the thing every one else had neglected. So I got the house of my dreams, when and how I wanted it.
