“We interviewed 5 companies and requested full quotes from 3 to do our family home addition (3 bedrooms, lounge room, bathroom, kitchenette, Laundry and carport). From those we chose Sonic Construction to do the work and could not have been happier with the entire experience. We have done 8 projects over the years in NSW ranging from renovations to complete house builds and this has been by far the easiest one! We moved from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast where we did not know anyone, and so had to chose based on the quote and the interaction we had with each company before hand. We did not have complete architects plans for Todd, owner of Sonic Construction, to work with, which meant that the project needed someone who could communicate effectively and honestly with us - which he did. He is passionate about the work he does and is dedicated to producing something that both the client and he are happy with. He managed many difficult aspects of our build with patience, creativity and effective solutions to the challenges! He was at all times professional with a vast amount of building knowledge. The quality of work is excellent and he met all deadlines and worked within the budget. When doing a job like this you need someone who can talk easily and openly with, who is honest and does a great job. We got this and much more from Todd and Sonic Construction.”

“Jason and his team have completed numerous renovations at our place in the Noosa hinterland. His first task was a pool house and numerous decks in 2015. The workmanship was so good, we had them return to build a large outdoor entertaining area and carry out structural improvements to our property. This soon followed with internal flooring replacement, a retaining wall build, and just recent completion of renovations to 3 bathrooms. And a master suite/ retreat. I can highly recommend Recom for any building work. The attention to detail, the high quality finish, the polite and friendly team are always on time.”

“D Pearce Constructions built our house from plans we had drawn up by our architect. During the building process we found Duayne and his team to be really cooperative to work with. The standard of building is very high and 14 months down the track we have have found no major faults. Two aspects of the building process stand out - firstly that there was no problem or challenge that Duayne could not find a solution to and secondly that the building team moved heaven and earth to ensure that our request to move into our home before Christmas was met. We love our home - thank you.”

“We have just moved into our beautiful home built by McLachlan Homes. We could not be happier with the end result - it has surpassed our expectations. Our experience with the sales and design team was exceptional. Adam was extremely patient, methodical, professional and committed to providing us with a design solution that met all our requirements. Building a house can be stressful and undoubtedly has challenges and issues that require resolution. Our experience was no different, however, while challenges arose through the process we received an excellent and understanding response to any of our concerns. A slow start to construction was remedied with a completion date occurring several months in advance of the anticipated end date. All trade personnel working on our project were polite, helpful and respectful. Again any issues were resolved readily. Cost variations were minimal and variations were the result of our choices to include significant improvements to the project. I would happily recommend McLachlan Homes for anyone considering building a new home.”

“We found Darren of DMC to be an Honest and reliable Contractor to deal with. He is a strong organiser and motivator of the various trades that were employed on our project under DMC PTY Limited. His Construction Company provided excellent communication and presentation processes throughout the Contract period. They efficiently completed the project on time and within the budget. We would unreservedly recommend DMC to anyone looking for a Contractor who is more than capable delivering a small Residential to Large Commercial project on the Sunshine Coast.”
