“We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

“John Newton of Cornerstone Builders recently built us a home in Weatherford, TX. We could not be more pleased!! John is a man of high integrity. He is a family man, trustworthy, and very intent on making everything right! John is extremely reliable, which is important in the building process. He answers emails, texts and is regularly on site. Having a talented builder is a real plus. He leveled dirt on a tractor, dabbled in a couple plumbing projects, installed appliances and much more. He even cut a metal hanging candle holder that I wanted to hang in a niche; it was just a tad bit too large. He has been in the profession long enough to have selected some outstanding contractors. We feel that we had the "best of the best" plumbers, electricians, tile layers, carpenters, etc. I don't think we will be moving from this gorgeous home, but If we did need to downsize or move for any reason, John would be building us another home! Ken and Cindy”

He gives great attention to detail and has excellent taste as well. “Doing a first time home remodel is scary wondering if you've got the right company for the job. Res Com was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. In some areas, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and George gave me wonderful ideas, which I used many of them (thanks George). Project manager, Mike, was always available and made special trips just to check out some questions I had the same day. The subcontractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed by the completion date quoted in the bid and there were no surprises money wise at the completion of the job. Everything stayed within the quoted budget unless I made changes myself. When things popped up and they usually do with remodels, the Res Com team handled everything promptly and professionally. Overall the experience was very good and I will definitely use them again for my master bath remodel. Thanks again George, Mike and the rest of the Res Com team. Job very well done.”

“Walker Properties just completed a fantastic remodel of our Jack/Jill restroom. From the initial meeting, Josh Walker was very helpful in guiding me to what would be most beneficial to the project and had several suggestions that saved us a lot of money and time. Josh was very straightforward with his estimate and broke things down in case we decided to do the project in stages. His crew was very meticulous, respectful of our time and home, and very accommodating when I decided to add something in mid-remodel(extra painting). The job was completed in less than two weeks and it is beautiful and everything I asked for and more. I HIGHLY recommend Walker Properties and will definitely use them again in the future.”
