Prior to this big decision we interviewed a number of builders and decided to go with Nanke Signature group due to the quality of homes he had previously constructed, the input from past clients and our overall evaluation that he was an outstanding and reputable builder of custom homes. We could not have been any happier. Our construction and his commitments to the completion of our home could not have been better. In addition, we found his employees and the contractors he utilized during the course of our 22 month construction to be highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Nanke is a man of his word who takes great pride in his work and he worked with us every step of the way to ensure quality construction within our budget. “We had a leak in our roof...somewhere, which is where it started. So our new neighbors down the road from had hired Don Savage Construction to build them a house. We wanted more then to just find the leak, we wanted a bigger back porch area, work on the driveway and a walkway from the back porch to the walkway to our sheds. So we called them and they came out and looked at it. It took a couple months because of permits and things, but they got it done. They found the leak in the roof, which we could never find, built a really nice back patio area and we are waiting to get the whole house painted if it would quit raining! The employees are very nice and easy to work with. We have never hired contractors for our houses, did all the work ourselves, so this was a new adventure. It was nice having a crew of guys who were nice and pleasant. They worked very hard, and as fast as everything would allow them to. If we decide we want to do more to the house, we will definitely be calling them.”

“Triple E has completed two very extensive projects for me. The first, in 2013, was the replacement of every window and several doors in my residence. I selected Pella Windows as my dad was in construction and always told me, "Pella is the best you can get." From the moment I met with Jeff Edwards and Jeff Ross about the job the professionalism was apparent and I was immediately at ease. The project became somewhat involved as my home was constructed in the late 1970s and there were some areas that required extra attention and even a 'rebuild' of the frame work around the window openings. The crew working for Triple E (Dave and others) pursued excellence in all installations. There were a few times they ended up removing the window or door that they were installing because it just didn't seem to fit quite right. They were meticulous in all their work. I took, quite literally, hundreds of photos as the job progressed and selected a few for this review. I hope they came through and show the exceptional quality of work provided by Triple E. Triple E has done additional work for me, constructing a 50' X 25' new garage in 2016/2017. I know that if I have work to be done in the future, I'll be calling Triple E.”
