“Afshin is a very knowledgable builder and I was able to trust him to take care of the project from beg to end, and ensure it was build within the reasonable timeframe we requested. During the project, whenever there is an issue arise with the contractors, Afshin would always step in to assist in resolving the problems. The quality of the home was very good, we have been living in our home for close to 5 years and the conditions are very good. There was no major defects at all. We will definetly choose Afshin to be our builder for our next home.”

“I hired South Park on the recommendation of a friend to plan and execute my condo renovation project. The place was to be completely gutted, some walls moved, all of the flooring replaced, along with a complete re-do of the kitchen cabinetry, plumbing, and a rebuild of the bathrooms. Project Management: Matt and the guys at South Park were exceptional at managing the project from beginning to end. They gave me a realistic budget with a clear understanding of the elements of the project that were uncertain. They were also excellent at anticipating what areas I may want to add/remove from the scope of the project as it progressed and at working within the confines of my budget. They were incredibly transparent and at no point was I uncertain of how we were tracking to the budget, despite there being a number of moving parts. The project involved a move-out/move-in and South Park helped to organize and coordinate with the movers. Over the course of the 8-week project, I needed to be out of town for about 3 weeks. During this time, Matt kept me apprised of the situation with the renovations, using an online project management tool to send me photos of the progress. As this was a condominium project, South Park needed to coordinate with the Property Management with respect to association regulations, bookings and tools. They were exceptional at managing this without requiring my intervention. DEFINITELY worth every penny to eliminate this headache alone, not to mention all the coordination with the various contractors and specialists involved. Suppliers & Contractors: The contractors and suppliers were extremely professional, respectful and skilled. I was very impressed with the various trades involved in the project and was kept in the loop for all major decisions. No friction at all, and I took advantage of South Park's excellent supplier relationships in my purchase of hardwood, tile and other materials. Overall Assessment: Excellent. Professional, transparent and very easy to work with. Very highly recommended!”

I must say, this was an impressive project, and the team did an amazing job from start to finish. First, let me start with the design process. They provided in-house design services, which included 3D renderings, drawings, and obtaining the necessary city permits. This made the design and planning process very smooth and efficient. The team was very professional, and they took into consideration our ideas and preferences to create a design that suited our tastes and needs. The renovation was a full gut job, and the crew ensured that everything was done to the highest standard. The guys were very efficient and worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was completed on time. They were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. In fact, they were so easy to work with that we now feel like family! The finished product was absolutely stunning. The luxury finishes added an extra touch of elegance to the home, and it now feels like a brand new property. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the craftsmanship was of the highest quality. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Overall, we had an excellent experience working with Lumara!!! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality end result made the entire project stress-free.
