He makes sure he uses the best teams for the allocated job, and has keen sense of how to manage and coordinate all sides, seamlessly. He listened, put up with my endless requests and suggestions, worked attentively and methodically, gave us a basement that we will cherish for a long time to come. He made it appear like our basement was the only project he was working on, (which certainly wasn't the case)- always there and always ready. “Mik Barna is a pleasure to work with. "Old school values". He does what he says he is going to do, when it is supposed to be done! He is more than willing to step in and give a hand id needed. Mik's crew have the same values as Mik. As a cabinetmaker, I come in near the end of a project and I can see the quality of Mik's work from the foundation to the finish trim work. Mik takes responcibility for the entire project and makes sure everything is done right, no excuses. When you have expierece, you know you have to adapt to certain situations. How someone adapts clearly shows how good they are. I have seen Mik adapt and turn a difficult situation in a succesfully completed project. I would recommend Mik Barna to anyone who wants a project competed successfully.”

“Craig builders has completed two jobs on our house. First the addition to our kitchen and dinning room. The work done was impeccable and attention to detail is an understatement. They also finished off our "unfinished" basement. A new bathroom, laundry room, kids playroom, stairs, windows and sump pump. The job, again, was done professionally, on time and within our budget. No hidden fees or additions to our contract. I can't say enough about the quality of the work performed, professionalism of the staff and how the company made us feel, whether it was a big or small job, they were on top of every moment in the project.”

“We would like to thank everyone at Gambrick for the personal and professional service that was shown to our family throughout the process of building our new home. I talked to a couple contractors and they were supposed to give me a price and blueprint on building me a new home, but months went by and I heard nothing. I'm so glad I was able to hire John and the Gambrick team. I had an idea of the house I wanted and with their plans we got just as close as we could get. They always kept me informed on everything that was going on, from the drawing of the plans to the actual building of our new home. If I had any questions at all, no matter how big or small, they always took the time to answer them. All of the crew were nice and professional from the beginning to the end. “I worked with David, the owner, on an extensive and complicated addition to my house. It's been through several owners with previous work done. What is priceless about David was that he remained present and extremely accessible throughout the progress of the project. From coming to the store to pick out materials (and passing on his contractor discount), to layout ideas, and most importantly, how he provided solutions to unforeseen hiccups in the project due to architectural mistakes. My family and I deeply appreciated his dedication to his clients and the success of the project. He truly enjoys his line of work, and he accepts nothing less than perfection from his staff. “The first thoughts when deciding to build a new house is: 1. How do I get this done with the least amount of work, time and worry? 2. Who can I trust to attentive to details, creative, and provide frequent and honest communications? 3. Will they be fully transparent and follow the budget? 4. Will they meet the agreed upon timelines? With these questions in mind, we chose Herrmann Construction for the 2nd time!! This company is by far the "best in class" !! Their performance was superior and we have recommended them to several of our friends as well as people who just stopped by to ask questions during the construction!
