Walter Kosenki, Inc. is an amazing company...the staff are professional, courteous, go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of the project, and are extremely neat and tidy. From beginning to end the communication with the project manager (Alex) was timely and he always responded to my requests. Don't miss out on working with this dynamic and creative company!!!

Walt is a master. Our home is amazing and we have Walt and Kosenski and Sons to thank. Walt build our beautiful custom home for us We learned early on that the quality of Walt’s work was exceptional and we also learned to listen to his suggestions and recommendations. The only things we look back on and might do differently are the few we didn’t listen to him about! Walt and his team are professional, dependable and talented. I highly recommend them for any project you are considering.

Exceeding expectations is not easy especially when it come to building a new home. I can honestly say that Walt Kosenski and his team did just that! The attention to details no matter the size or scope was amazing. This was the first house we build and Walt helped us every step of the way. I have nothing but praise for him and his team. They were true professionals every step of the way.

Kosenski & Sons rebuilt/ restored our home after Sandy. Walt is an incredibly talented builder who thinks like an architect and brings original ideas to a project. He doesn't just do a job well - he works and is constantly creating until the result is beyond expectations. Two years after the renovations, we decided to lift our home. It was a huge project and Kosenski & Sons again brought their amazingly talented craftsmen and never stopped until everything was absolutely perfect. The work is done professionally, swiftly and costs are very fair. No one thinks as creatively or is as knowledgeable as Walt. No one cares about a home and making it the best it can be for the homeowner as much as Walt. We could not possibly be happier with our home and could not recommend them more highly!

A true custom home builder.....Coastal living defined with each project large or small. Walt and the boys really take it to the next level. These homes are designed to accentuate the "down the shore" feeling but no details are spared. From radiant heated floors to wide open floor plans that draw you to the amazing views....you will not find another builder that takes the time, has such vision, and is able to bring it to life....

I supply Walter with most of the exterior products he installs on his homes and have been friends in business for about nine years. I love working with Walter because of his integrity. When Walter says something you can believe he will do what he says. Walter builds some of the best homes i have seen at the Jersey Shore and I have seen many being with my company over forty years. Walter uses the best materials available and his homes stand alone. Walter has a vision for the exterior and trim work second to none. If I ever build a home Walter Kosenski will be my builder
