“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

“J&M not only came in and corrected mistakes and errors of a prior contractor, but has done amazing new construction work for us as well. They asked to have our architect join us in a discussion for our addition, and together we all came up with the best plan. J&M's team went to work, beat the deadline, stayed within budget (even with a few little extras added in), and did an amazing job. They also were so respectful of our home, our yard, and the impact on our neighbors. At the end of every work day, they cleaned up the construction site and took the trash taken away - they treated our home as if it were theirs. “JBC did a complete house renovation for me in 2017. I was still living on Long Island and the house was in Westchester. Barry Cohen was always attentive to the project, my requests and would call or email me when there were issues or decisions to be made. I would check on the project weekly but Barry was in charge. He was on site regularly and supervised all aspects of the project from bathroom to kitchen renovation to roof replacement and painting. It took many months but we’ll worth the effort. I had interviewed 3 contractors prior to project initiation and Barry was the only one to actually give me a complete proposal for work to be completed.
