For over 25 years, Pagano Builders has been passionately building the finest high-end custom new homes, additions and renovations in Connecticut and New York. From grand modern estates to exquisite country homes, the quality and attention to detail that we demand is second to none. Our owner Franco Pagano, PE is a licensed structural and civil engineer in several states and brings his unique skills to identify potential hurdles and solve unexpected problems as they arise to every project. It’s this unique attribute that separates us from our competitors. Pagano Builders is the one true builder that homeowners and leading architects have come to rely on for exquisite attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of master home-building. Creating joy and happiness for our customers is our primary goal. Full time on-site supervision, a dedicated office staff and hand-picked professional craftsmen are the team that takes you from groundbreaking to occupancy. We have the distinct ability to complete our projects on time and within budget, and do it with our highly transparent project management process. Though the lion share of our work has been in Fairfield and Westchester counties, we have built multiple homes in New York City, Costa Rica, Nantucket, Saugatuck and Southampton.

Michelle

Franco is professional, communicative and kind. He did our siding, windows and sliding doors and we had such a positive experience with him. His work was perfect and he dealt with any issues that arose very professionally. Finding a reliable and good human for a contractor is a dime a dozen. Wish we met him earlier so he would have done the interior of our house as well.
