“Legacy Pavers installed a large paver patio for us. The stone mason took great care to insure the the design and brick placement was accurate and it was obvious he was experienced not only in cutting an laying the stone but also had an eye for color and design. I was in the design profession so I know when I see talent. Tim the salesman was very friendly and took great care to make sure all our needs and requests were taken care of. He came back after the job was completed to make sure everything was as we expected. They offer a ten year guarantee and I recommend them.

“I built a new house last year including extensive hardscaping on a gentle slope. As a key part of the project, Ryan Marlinghaus and his crew installed several hundred linear feet of Perktop walkways. They were a joy to work with and the finished product is beautiful as well as practical. Rainwater drains through the PerkTop capped concrete as fast as through decomposed granite (DG) without the mess (does not get tracked into the house) and maintenance associated with DG. I can highly recommend Pervious Products.”

With a degree in architecture I know what I’m looking at, I expect contractors to deliver and I constantly check the work as it progresses.
Mickey Construction put in a new driveway and sidewalk for us. It was a complex and involved plan requiring exact layout, a high degree of framing and enhanced specifications.
Over the years I’ve worked a number of contractors and Mickey is the best. The supervisor was extremely competent and always on site unless he was picking up materials or grabbing lunch for the crew. Whenever there was a question or a design decision they always checked and clarified what needed to be done. Even the crew would ask!
When I went out with my measuring tape in hand, every dimension check I made was spot on!
Steve did a great job of communicating options, things to consider, schedules and anything that might affect the project.
As a result we did not have a single issue on the job – it went smoothly and without a hitch which is truly a first!”

They worked very thoroughly, was very neat with how they left everything overnite and in-between tearing out the old driveway and paving the new driveway, very neat.
Robert gave great instructions on how to maintain my new driveway and what to avoid during the first 2 or 3 years. I liked the fact that he was local to me and he always returned my phone calls promptly and showed up for the initial estimate as promised.”
