This is about the right size/scale fire pit for our yard. It could even be a bit smaller, but I like the chairs around it.

We could also use concrete pavers under the living roof, if we wanted a smoother entryway than what we could get with flagstone. It's easier to manage the space between the pavers.

What if the bedroom deck extended to encompass a small lap pool? There are some that have hot tub jets at one end so they double as a hot tub.

Narrow lap pool would probably fit on our lot. It wouldn't need to be this long though.
