Structure, style, comfort. Would prefer in leather, or less fussy fabric.
I like most everything about this. Most rooms looking out onto the Sangre de Cristos. Clean architecture. Mixed materials. Transom windows.
This is over the top, but simple, clean architecture. Wide open back patio area looking out onto the Sangre de Cristos. There would need to be a fireplace. No pool. As much outdoor footage as possible.
Mixed materials are interesting.
Clean & simple. Functional.
Layout. Privacy for toilet and robust sink.
Space on counter. Offset sink.
Privacy wall for toilet.
Functional. Color palette.
Separate bath tucked away. Soaking tub!
Functional, separate shower. Cool design.
Simple. White counters. White rectangular sinks. Dark fixtures. Storage underneath. Simple mirror is fine.
The fireplace, the colors & materials.
The clean, straightforward structure. Color palette.
The color of those floors. Is that a woodgrain? What material? The functionality/variation of placement. Color palette.
Functional flow with view to the right, out French/sliding doors.
If we need a u-shape kitchen, this would work! Sangre de Cristos seen through the window.
Smart design. Maybe a banquet against the wall?
Simple. Good materials.
Color. Materials. Those gorgeous windows.
