Grade II Listed rebuild
This six storey, Georgian townhouse in Marylebone was the subject of a major rebuild. Having been deemed unsafe, much of the original building was replaced in order for it to be reopened as a boutique hotel – The Zetter Townhouse. Westbury refurbished the original front door, bringing it back to its former glory, and replaced all of the single glazed, sliding sash windows to meet listed building restrictions.
