With limited space, the most popular edible plants that clients ask for are tomatoes and herbs because the herbs can be used in daily cooking and theres nothing to compare to the homegrown tomato. Where space is generous, we also plant blueberries strawberries, raspberries, lettuces, peppers.

yardscapes Inc.Finished rooftop project with custom metal furniture and arbor, Tournesol planters, and container plantings. This is a close up of the custom metal furnishings. On top of the custom metal table base we installed limestone slabs. We decided wo add warmth to the space, by finding a reclaimed piece of wood and affixing it to a custom metal base.
Amber Freda Garden DesignEven the smallest rooftop terrace can be an inviting retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. This garden was designed with softness, femininity, romance, and abundance in mind. A wicker seating area offers comfort and a relaxing place to unwind. The plantings include crape myrtle trees, knockout roses, evergreen junipers, and flowering annuals. All of the planters contain low-voltage up-lighting for a dramatic nighttime effect. Hamilton Building Supply / HBS Home™The craftsmen at Hamilton Building Supply were delighted to build this gorgeous curved walkway for one of the rooftop gardens that can be found at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. We kept in mind the sick children and their families who would be enjoying the gardens while their little ones had to remain in the hospital. This project is a study to show how a walk such as this is constructed from start to finish.
