Recommendation for Kitchen lighting

Any suggestions for pendant lights over the island (priority #1) and complimentary lighting in dining room?

I am between the following. Which do you like - 1, 2, or 3?

are you adding more recessed light to compensate for the decorative lighting you plan for the island? B/c those lights, 1. will cast an orange glow on your room, and 2. not give any task lighting to the room or island. Right now you have like a 4k LED blue light going on these will be the opposite. as they are mimicking old Edison bulbs. Just food for thought.

@RL Relocation LLC - that’s a really good point about the color of the lights. Those are brand recessed. There’s another to the right out of view, and more in the adjoined room and by the sink (also new).
The Cameron definitely would have a warmer look or look better with a warmer bulb for sure. I liked that the bronze / brass warmed up the room, but might not be a good match.
I also don’t like that it’s a CORD - no pole option. So maybe should rule it out!

@Cruca : Thank you for responding We both signed the original AND a mid-renovations updated contract, and both totalled 40.000. However, at the very end, he recognised an error on the final total, and explained that if I add up all the individual items, it totals 50.000. I understand, but he knew my budget was 40.000, and now because the work is finished, I can't even remove or reduce any of the work. It just seems unfair, because everyone could say that all the time. I trusted my builder, and as it was a printed document, I assumed all his calculations were correct!

What ducting is the best for a kitchen?

The choice of ducting depends on the type of configuration required in your kitchen. Make sure you have a great work triangle, where the fridge, the sink, and the cooktop are close to each other in the form of a triangle. Have a good lighting, either by having windows that constantly during the day will receive light or by having appropriate lamps. Remember that you will need a good ventilation system. Therefore, you must think of installing a good kitchen hood and having natural ventilation. Which other considerations do you think are important?

House in la Olivella, Barcelona.

This tradicional 70's house, with great mountain views in Olivella, Barcelona, needed an extension to benefit from the main side terrace on a plot with an important slope. We were asked to develop a full-scale refurbishment of this detached house located in la Olivella, Barcelona. This quiet residential area is surrounded by large groups of mature pine trees that give shelter to the villas below. The house had a challenging interior configuration. The main intervention we proposed has been this glass extension at the ground floor of the house to allow for a larger kitchen and dining space inviting the light to fill its interior spaces.
