Need help with my echeveria

I have an echeveria tolucensis and echeveria black prince that I've had since November. They were fine when they arrived but have not established a good root system still. I know they're etiolated and I'd started using a grow lamp on them a month back (they weren't etiolated when they came) but they also haven't been putting out new leaves but are losing their old ones. The tolucensis especially seems to suffer everytime I water it and pretty much overnight had a lot of leaves go yellowish eventhough I didn't give a lot of water. not sure what to do at this point, have just been letting them dry out for 3 weeks now but not seen any improvement. it's my first time with succulents so any help would be appreciated. I live in the UK and there's not a lot of sun or warmth at the moment.

I’m absolutely no expert but have had 3 succulents on the go for last three years, my only advice is barely water it - only a little bit every couple of weeks. A florist recently told me to simply mist them weekly and no watering, so I’ve been doing that since December and they still look good.

Keep them cool and dry till spring in as bright light as possible. Feed with a dilute (half stength) houseplant food from March till September, perhaps monthly. Let it dry out between feeds. If the compost is very wet, take them out and let them dry out on newspaper or similar. Hope this helps.

Hi Cristina, your table looks very beautiful however I discourage to have such furniture at home because of the mirrors. I work as a feng shui consultant and I know that the mirrors have some kind of power and one should be very carful placing them in the house. My personal opinion is to have a mirror in the place where the mirror can´t see you while you are resting or sleeping because in long term it can have negative influence on you. The mirror was created to look at it and it shouldn´t be used extensively also because of the reflections of the light. The human eye naturally is used to see the light coming from certain directions, if it comes from the direction which is not used to the light, especially artificial one, it may effect your vision or have negative influence on your mood. I'm talking about something very subtle which sometimes may be felt after some time. Another thing is that I always encourage people to don´t use repetitive patterns in the house just simple irregular forms and calm and worm colours which make the space more cozy and more natural. My project is a small convenience store. The client pretty much wants to use as much space from the lot as he cant so the floor plan is just a rectangle, a simple rectangle. In front there's a covered terrace and i tried to make an entrance that can stand out. The problem right now is I dont want the roof design to be simple, but I'm having trouble with this. Im attaching the floor plan and two options for the main facade. HEEEELP! El proyecto es una tiendita pequeña. El ciente quiso utilizar el terreno al maximo, es por esto que la planta arquitectonica es rectangular, un simple rectangulo. En la fachada principal hay una terraza cubierta y trate de hacer una entrada que resalte. El problema que encuentro ahora es un diseño para el techo que no sea simple. Estoy adjuntando la planta arquitectonica y dos opciones de fachadas. AYUUDA! Mil gracias.

HELP - contractor totalled quote incorrectly, now says owe +10,000

@Cruca : Thank you for responding We both signed the original AND a mid-renovations updated contract, and both totalled 40.000. However, at the very end, he recognised an error on the final total, and explained that if I add up all the individual items, it totals 50.000. I understand, but he knew my budget was 40.000, and now because the work is finished, I can't even remove or reduce any of the work. It just seems unfair, because everyone could say that all the time. I trusted my builder, and as it was a printed document, I assumed all his calculations were correct!
