What type of material is the wall and where do you get the material?

    It is corrugated metal with corrugations at 1-3/4 centers peak to peak. They come in 24" sheets. Your local building material supplier should be able to find some for you if they don't have it in stock.

      Great project! Regarding the trim...what type of material did you use? looks like some type of 2x material. Also, is the trim overlapping the metal or does the metal butt to the trim. Thanks!

      The metal butts into the base and cap trim. The trim is painted poplar. The cap/crown trim is a 2x2 (1-1/2" x 1-1/2". These were custom to get the sqaure profile and not stock trim profiles.The base is a standard 1x4 size. The casings were 3/4" x 2".

      Where do you recommend getting the corrugated metal for a flat wall?

      You would need to contact a local building material supplier. It may be a stock item at some locations.
