Basement renovation was a success! We really enjoyed working with the contractor and all of the skilled craftsmen. IHS was a pleasure to work with.

IHS was able to fulfill our dreams by building the house we always wanted and kept it within our budget. Their communication was excellent and we always knew where the project was as far as a schedule. We have now lived in our home for seven years, worry free!

We are not eager to complete surveys, but when this one crossed our desk we agreed we would respond immediately because we are so eager to spread the good word about this business. From start to finish each and every person we dealt with was professional, knowledgable, and willing to listen to our wants/needs and come up with a plan that met them to our great satisfaction. We marveled as the job progressed at how hard the construction crew worked - - keeping a steady and productive pace, in spite of the fact that they were working in extreme heat conditions. The coordinating secretary was always readily available and promptly put us in touch with whomever we sought out. Staff are friendly, courteous, and are excellent at what they do. Our home is warmer, cosier, and prettier because of IHS and everyone who works there and if you need an honest job done this is the place to find it.
