“Deon was very professional and made the perfect window for our outdoor kitchen remodel. He was very accommodating during the design phase and when he found out that I lived in the same city he immediately offered to come over and measure and plan the rough opening with me. He kept me apprised of his progress and when it came time to install he personally came over to oversee the installation of the window. The window is the highlight of our new patio and outdoor kitchen and we just love it!”

“10/25/17 - This business does not stand behind its products - i bought a $6250 custom wood pivot front door from them - its has warped, is falling apart, and unlockable withing less than 3 months of install - the company has not returned any voicemails or emails from us - the door was repairable when it first started having trouble - it is too far gone now & it has to be replaced - no response, nothing!! 10/30/17 - Jesse the NEW GM contacted me - he had not known about the severity of the situation from the prior GM - he has committed to me to resolve the situation and I am EXTREMELY appreciative of his response - they will be picking up the door tomorrow to bring back to the factory to resolve!!”

“Ted Bohler, the owner of Martinez Direct, came to our home to give us an estimate on replacing two windows with dual pane aluminum sliding glass patio doors. We were not happy with our previous bids from other companies.This project turned out to be more of a challenge than we anticipated. Everyone is pushing vinyl windows these days. But Ted understood what we wanted and why. We wanted aluminum sliding glass patio doors to match our mid-century home. Ted’s bid had the best price by far; plus an impressive personal touch. He gave us design tips that we found very helpful. Ted is the real deal: an experienced, honest, good listener who delivers what you need with excellence. Kevin and the installation crew were friendly and professional. They completed the work in good time, hauled away the demolition debris and left the space neat and clean. We’re really enjoying the beauty of the new aluminum patio doors. They slide smoothly and lock tight. We are so pleased with the outcome we have decided to have them back to do other projects.
