“Recently, we had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Dan Hatcher of Zen Windows of Austin. From the very beginning Dan was the epitome of the word professional. He explained to me the construction of the product (Zen windows) and quoted me a price over the phone. There was never a salesman trying to sell me things I never wanted. Within days his head installer contacted me and set up a time convenient to me to measure all my windows (17 of them). The windows were ordered and professionally installed within 3 weeks. The professionalism of this company from top to bottom is something you rarely experience this day and age. I highly recommend this company and this product.”

“We replaced nine large windows in our living room. Seven of the nine windows face the hot Texas sun. We hesitated to spend so much on a product that we could find for less money but with windows being so important in the efficiency of a home and it's resale value, we decided to go for it and are so glad we did. I run a marketing agency from home and have two kids under the age of two so having someone working in the house is a big deal, as are schedules and attitude. The contractor who arrived to install was on time, friendly, got the job done like he said he would and did a beautiful job. Any communication with Anderson offices before, during and after was always kind and quick. First class service as well as product. The salesman had oversold us on some details but Renewal by Anderson honored everything he said, and did an amazing job. There is a drastic difference in the temperature of the room, even as we dive into the heat of summer. We are thrilled with the results of hiring Renewal by Anderson.”

“I highly recommend this company if you want to cut cost on your energy bill. We have very very hot summers in Texas and this company was featured on one of our local tv shows. I was intrigued, so I called to set up a consultation. They were eager to come out and educate us on their radiant barrier technology. They had some fancy gadgets to simulate what's happening in our attic. They showed us the difference between their material and others on the market. Quite impressive! After the consult they gave us the time to talk it over and let us get back to them. No pressure. That same week we went to see their establishment to begin the purchase process. Very professional and family oriented. They gave us a military discount and were back in our home the following week for the installation. It took them about 5 hours and the employees were very polite and worked very fast. It's been a year now and we definitely see a difference in our energy bill. And it will only get better from here!”
