The installers were all cheerful, polite, extremely clean, and most important of all left us with beautiful, extremely well-made windows. 1 star lost due to major frustrations with the timelines promised (6 weeks vs 12 weeks actual lead-time from deposit) and install (2 days vs 7 days actual disruption+dust).”

“Rob provides a fantastic service and is so enthusiastic and helpful with advice. He has done 3 windows in my house so far and each one looks fantastic really enhance the character of the house and how I live in it. For a craftsman his prices are also extremely reasonable for the quaity of workmanship I couldnt reccomend more highly and I will be using again soon hopefully.”

“We did a lot of research to find a company to work on our Georgian sash window and were recommended Scott James sash windows by a friend. The guys didn’t disappoint, making our windows look good as new, largely thanks to a particularly great paint job that has really improved the aesthetics of my home. I couldn’t be happier with the job, thanks guys!”

“Project involved installation of UPVC windows and 3 doors for the whole of the bungalow and porch in January and February 2017. Cerberus worked with me to identify my needs and gave advice on what was suitable working within the budget I could afford which was £10000. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. I was kept informed throughout the project and communication was clear. I have had positive comments from several neighbours regarding the appearance of the property since the installation.I would recommend Cerberus as they were professional throughout and provided value for money.”
