“They were great! The project manager came out to visit with us and help us choose the colors and materials. He gave us a time frame and estimate for the work. They were able to meet both. They were quick, clean, and very efficient. The project manager noticed a problem with our chimney while he was there doing the estimate. They do not do chimneys but helped us find someone who does. They even worked with the chimney guy to get the repair made prior to the new roof so the flashing could be put on properly. It has been almost 2 years now. My roof and gutters look and work great! I could not be more happier! I would like to note that even though Coomer is my last name I am in no way related to anyone at this company. I choose them because they had great reviews and had been in business a very long time. The name was just a neat coincidence.”

“We had a terrible roof leak in the sunroom of our new home. Bone Dry sent out a very professional estimator within a couple of days of my call. He determined that the leak was related to poor workmanship by the home's original roofer, who incorrectly installed the flashing on our chimneys (or didn't install at all, in some cases). On the next dry day, which was three days later, Bone dry had a crew out to remove the shingles around the chimney and install an ice/water shield, step flashing, and counter flashing. They also applied a sealer on the counter flashing, re-shingled the places they had worked on, and sealed all exposed nail heads and nail pops left by the previous roofer. In the meantime, it began raining again, so they button things up securely and were back on the next dry day, which was two days later. They repeated the same work on a second chimney, which was not yet leaking, but was treated the same way by the original roofer, so it was probably just a matter of time. About a week after the work was completed, a manager stopped by to verify that everything was done to our satisfaction. I have dealt with a few other roofing companies at other homes we've owned, and I've never been happy. Either they are slow, unresponsive, or the problem is never completely solved. This time we're extremely happy. From start to finish, our project was handled professionally and in a timely fashion. We've had a lot of snow melt and a very hard rain since repairs were completed, and not a single drop of water has hit the floor.”
