“Had them do a major roof repair as the previous roofer did a crap job on the flashing around a chimney. These guys were on time to the minute for the quote and to begin work. When they were done there was no scrap or nails etc. anywhere. Dimitri (one of the owners) was there the whole time and everything went great. I highly recommend these guys.”

“They replaced my roof and after starting the work they realized there were multiple layers of old shingles underneath, but they didn’t charge me extra and they did a great job. I would recommend them.”

“I had about 5 different companies come to bid my roof job. They all claimed it was a 2 man job for 2 days. They quoted me double the price that Sam did. Sam did the job by himself. He did it for half the price. He included (at no extra cost) The cost of the underlay ($200) & it's free installing. (Not covered by his competitors) He also went above and beyond and painted my stacks (at no extra cost) He cleaned up all of the mess & disposed of all of the shingles. (Also not in the other quotes) He gave me a written contract warranty. This man has integrity. He is a one man machine. He did the work in 2 half days (By himself) At half the price of all 4 other of his competitors with a warranty. Hire this guy. The work was superb. Looks fantastic! “We hired Wayne Miller to roof and side our cottage on Lake Ontario. He promptly responded to our initial phone call and gave us a very fair price for roofing and siding after listening to our ideas. He had a dedicated 10 man crew who efficiently removed our old roof and installed the new one. The crew was fantastic in cleaning up after the installation. For the siding he had a husband and wife team who were detail oriented and gave good suggestions as they worked on the cottage. We could not be happier with the results. We now have our "Nantucket Cottage" and have received numerous compliments from friends and neighbors. We highly recommend Wayne Miller for your roofing and siding needs.”

“had a roof installed, salesman gave us multiple options price wise with clear information. Installers went above and beyond replacing flashing that was inadequate. Respectful of our property cleaned up everything. Extremely satisfied would highly recommend them.”
