“Upton Neal Carpet One Floor & Home was contracted to tear out about 2,000 square feet of ceramic tile and wall to wall carpet from the ground floor of our home. New tile was put down in the master bathroom as a floating floor, and the rest of the tile was replaced with engineered and pre-finished hard wood that was Hickory with a Chestnut stain. The first phase was completed in February of 2014. In February of 2016, the job was finished by tearing out the carpet from our home office and replacing that with the same engineered wood that covered the rest of the living area. The workers who did the entire renovation from removal to installation did an excellent job. They were punctual, polite, professional, and very trust worthy. We basically moved out and turned our home over to them. The quality of the materials and the installation workmanship is of the highest quality. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company to do any flooring job without reservation.”
