“I called Cheryl and Jordan from IT’S ORGANIZED to help me with designing and organizing all of my closets and my kids closets which were a mess. They came to my home for the consultation, and I found them to be professional, non-judgemental, enthusiastic yet very calming, and incredibly knowledgable about organizing and organizing products! I had interviewed several organizers before them, and they were clearly the best! They were able to design and organize the most amazing closets for me and my kids! Their design was creative, and their organizing solutions were so practical. Even my husband and kids are able to sustain it and keep it organized! Before we had no space for our clothes, and now, not only can we fit all of our clothes, shoes, bags (and my kids costumes), etc. in the closets but we have extra space. I recommend them 110%!!! “We can't say enough about our soup to nuts wonderful experience with Closet Factory. It starts with Steven Sanders our designer, he is extremely creative and took the time to assess our needs. He was also incredibly patient as we worked together to finalize the plans (we kept changing our minds and he never batted an eye)! Debbie and Jamie were helpful and extremely pleasant each time we called the office or needed something along the way. Our installers, Rocky and Tulsi, were awesome as well. They were beyond friendly, just like Steven, and very skilled. They did a top notch job and the closets look beautiful. They also cleaned up when they completed the installation and it was like nobody was even there. We also decided after the install that we wanted more shelves. Steven personally delivered them. You can't get better customer service than that!!! In the end the closets are better than we imagined and the whole experience was excellent. “I just moved and would very highly recommend Tori. She helped us prepare for the move by purging items that we weren't going to take (seems silly to pack up things you'll just throw out) and getting a sense of where we were thinking of using items in our new space. She coordinated with my movers and helped make decisions on what/how/if to pack certain items, which made unpacking with her so much easier. I'm a pretty organized Type A individual (and have the time to unpack as I'm on maternity leave) and at first I scoffed at having to pay an organizer so much, but she helped me deal with getting moved in, which included stuff from our 2 br apartment and furniture/wedding presents/a storage closet full of other stuff from in laws, which I could never have done nearly as well on my own. It was quite the undertaking, and she put a plan in place, helped delegate things to do for all my friends and family who helped, and made lots of suggestions on where to put things. She got me packed, moved in, and unpacked into our renovated 3BR home (plus all the stuff that comes with a 4 month old) in 4 days. She was crucial for our move and I really don't know what I would've done without her! (probably cry in a partially unpacked house)”

“Guy, who is the Shelf Shop Guy, provided us with great service when we needed new bookshelves put in on three of the four walls of my study. He gave sage advice about the details of the design and then, after visiting and making detailed measurements, created a much more sensible plan than we ever would have come up with by ourselves. Just a few days after we okayed the design, his installer, Jesse, arrived and put everything up in very little time for a reasonable sum of money. The bookshelves are handsome and take up very little space in my study, which is a small room in a Manhattan apartment. In the next month or two, we'll probably have him back to create a new design for bookshelves elsewhere in the apartment. We've already been receiving raves from friends and casual visitors about how elegant yet utilitarian the shelving is. We recommend Guy and Jesse and the Rakks metal shelving without reservation.”

“I can't thank Katie McCann enough for her work. When my wife and I had to set up a nursery for our first child, we planned to convert our spare bedroom into the nursery. Unfortunately over the years the spare bedroom turned into "the room where you put stuff that doesn't belong in the other rooms." I didn't even know where to begin. After hearing about some of the great work Katie did with my friends, I decided to hire her to help. By the end of the day, Katie and I had the room completely empty! She also gave me several great tips and ideas on how to keep the nursery clean and organized too. When my wife came home that evening, she cried tears of joy and said, "I can't believe you were able to do this in just one day." She was so fantastic that we decided to hire her to do the rest of the house after we had our first child. Now our closets, cabinets, and drawers are all organized and clean! Our lives are de-cluttered and its all thanks to Katie. She has a great way of working with people that pushes you to confront tasks that you normally wouldn't do or think of, but is totally non-confrontational. I don't know how she does it. Katie is patient and kind and knows just the right way to work with all types personalities. My wife is very type-A and was a bit skeptical hiring Katie back for the entire house because she thought she could do it all on her own. After the first day of working with Katie, my wife called me and her first words to me when I picked up the phone were, "BEST. DECISION. EVER!" We also liked working with Katie because she helped us organize things in a way that was compatible with our lifestyle. Plus, not only did we get organized, we stay organized because of the strategies that Katie put in place. What more can I say? If you need help organizing a room, a closet, an entire house or office, and want a strategy in place for keeping it organized, then I highly recommend hiring Katie.”
