I contacted Bella system (best decision ever) Matt did an Amazon job, he was very professional, he explained everything in details and he got the job done by making me a happy customer, I love my new closet. “An all around fantastic experience with Closet Factory. Sandra Wegman, our designer, is amazing at what she does. She spent a ton of time in my home going over our needs and wants and came up with a great design for our new walk-in closet in a challenging location (long and narrow, with a slightly slanted wall). Sandra was very thorough in going over all of our options and was always accessible to discuss design changes and scheduling. Our measure/installer Enrique was great as well. Friendly, efficient and great quality work. He really knew what he was doing! Jamie in the office was very helpful as well. Overall, we really enjoyed working with the Closet Factory crew and most importantly, we are thrilled with our new closet! The deal Closet Factory has with Costco members is great as well!”

“Seana is amazing! She has helped our family with organization of so many aspects of our home- from paperwork to toys to garage organization. I particularly appreciate that she helps me determine what to do with items that I know I want to keep, but can't figure out where to put. (Before Seana they would end up in "piles"- but now they actually have a place. Yay!”

“The job is finished timely and the craftmanship is perfect. Also, the post installation service is great. For instance, I had small repairs in a about year. They came timely and finished with one visit. I would highly recommend the Shelton, CT shop without any hesitation.”
