She helped me eliminate when it was difficult and had a vision to regroup in such a way that makes life so simple. She responded promptly to all correspondence and arrived on time picking up any items I needed for our project. She has a team of vendors and staff to call upon if needed or is willing to work with you if you prefer your own. She is detailed oriented which lends to a very quality project in the end and was completed within set deadlines. I had previously tried another organizer for previous projects, but did not achieve these results. I will be looking forward to doing future projects with Karen as this has made working in our kitchen enjoyable as well as functional and beautiful.
