She collaborated with us throughout the process from initial idea through to completion. The closet is fantastic and functional, fairly priced (she actually saved us money), and I emerged with an organizer we adore - one who is talented, expert, kind, funny and greatly trustworthy. Since that time, we have: sorted and organized the walk-in attic, cleared out the basement and built shelves for storage and a work area with household tools and supplies, set up good recycling and shelving in the garage, transformed the bedroom of a now grown-up child into a guest room, created a filing system and great bookshelves for my home office, simplified and made usable the kitchen drawers and cabinets and more.
