“I was moving house and although upsizing had limited loft space. The opposite of what I had in the house I was moving out of. I have always been a hoarder and had kept literally everything from theatre programmes to bus tickets, Birthday cards and letters to school books, cuddly toys to clothes. I needed to declutter and fast and I didn’t know where to start as it was like my whole life was in these of boxes and truth be told I did not want to have to throw any of it out. Maria was amazing. What was a huge mountain to climb for me she made seem so easy. It was an extremely emotional process for me but Maria made me realise I didn’t need boxes and boxes of stuff. I have kept the very special items but now have one memory box, rather than 100! I am forever grateful as since moving I have realised all those boxes would have been a total burden and what is the point in moving into a lovely new home and taking all your junk with you only to hide it away?”

“Homefulness came with smiles and enthusiasm. I left in the morning with instructions to "do your best" and came back to an astonishing sight. Two closets, organised beautifully. Oils and vinegar on one shelf, spices (alphabetised, of course) and cooking stuff on another; all things baking on a third. The second closet was kitchen equipment, also beautifully organised, with PLENTY OF SPACE LEFT OVER! Kitchen cabinets reworked as well. I was convinced that they must have thrown out half my stuff in order to make everything fit so nicely, but in fact, there is nothing missing at all. They will change your life and make your home way better.”

“I have hired ClutterBug to help me declutter a house with 2 young kids that suffered from too much unused appliances, clothes, games, books and whatnot. The approach was extremely professional and friendly. I was surprised and how quickly she managed to help me sort out the clutter and helped me obtain a "clutter free" mind. After a few sessions (as 1 was definitely not enough!) the house looked amazing, the kids' rooms had space to play in, I donated few bags to charity, few to the big and I even managed to get some money back by selling old stuff on ebay! “At the beginning of 2014, I had Patty (at Organise & Simple) help me with my kids room. We moved into a smaller flat but still had the same amount of kids things (clothes, toys, books, furniture etc.). I’m not good at streamlining or getting rid of things but that is Patty’s forte. She was great. She helped me prioritise what was important to keep and what we didn’t really need. She helped me get rid of the items we didn’t need and she helped find manageable space for everything we kept. Patty also helped me rearrange the room so it looks neater and seems bigger than it actually is. The Coups de gras, however, was that she labelled everything so now my kids know exactly where their stuff is and where it belongs once they used it! And, a year on, they put away their own things rather than dumping them on the floor! It’s FABULOUS. THANK YOU!!”

“This was my first time using this service, I had a lovely lady Pauline who kindly helped me clear my clutter from my tiny sitting room, and helped me sort out my kitchen counters and cupboard under sink (I have way too many cloths/tea towels) during our 3 hour session. I have arthritis so it was great having an extra pair of hands. Pauline was friendly, chatty and non judgemental, I have collected a lot of stuff over the years and I do try to regularly clear clothes and other items, this has given me a kick up the derrière, I found it so nice to relax in my sitting room after all the clutter was gone. I can’t afford to pay for this service on a regular basis, but I thought I really needed the help to get me started on my decluttering mission and I’m so glad I did. I will definitely ask Pauline back in a couple of weeks/months time if I have the money. In the meantime I will try my best to donate items every time I buy something new and try to only have what I need and use. Thanks Pauline, I’m starting to love my home again x my daughter was definitely impressed and had a big smile on her face when she came home from college.”

“Tracy has helped me many times over the years, and I think I must have known her for 10 years now! When I first contacted her I had reservations about letting someone into my home, making judgments and telling me what I should do. But Tracy's service is NOT like that at all. She did a full home audit and we chatted about what I hoped to achieve. For years I'd been frustrated by our storage area, a large room under the house which was hard to access and full of things we hadn't seen for years. We agreed to tackle it and Tracy suggested that to start with, we took everything out. I thought she was completely mad at this point. Three hours later we had done just that, assessed what was there, got rid of some of it, sorted some and made plans for the rest. It was like a massive weight had lifted from my shoulders. After that she helped me organise rooms, and filter through boxes of stuff. More recently she helped me prepare for a big move. It's always an absolute pleasure to see Tracy and she is very thoughtful in her approach. Her service is life changing and I am very grateful that I contacted Tracy all those years ago. Contact her now, you honestly won't regret it.”

Daxa has helped me to sift through papers, clothes and nicknacks, organising them into the ‘memory box’, ‘inbox’ or into the 'new grateful owner’ bag.
