“When we bought our home, we had several heating and cooling companies come to assess our non- functioning central air conditioning system. Every company, except Design Air Inc., could only suggest that the entire system be replaced, costing over $10,000. Design Air however, suggested that the system was only a few years old and that there was a way to repair it at significant savings. The workmen were prompt, efficient and professional. Our cooling units have been running perfectly for over five years now. We continue to use Design Air for yearly maintenance and repair work on both of our heating and cooling systems. Their rates are reasonable and their professional are a pleasure to work with.”

“On time and not pushy like most plumbers.... Great honest work for a fair price...I had my HVAC installed by another company and found out that they were not honest and didnt do such a hot job.... I had a service contract with the other contract and my filters were never changed 7 years plus...Chris the owner of Raffa plumbing and heating came to my house with another worker and re-piped the units in the attic because they were pitched the wrong way. They also serviced both units and showed us how to change the filters ourselves... What plumber and HVAC company will do that for you...I will always use this company...”

They did a complete installation of heat pump/AC, furnace and duct work in our conversion from oil to gas during the remodel of our home. “Eric at Natural Energy Solutions was great to work with. He is a brilliant engineer, capable of delivering custom high-quality solutions. In 2015 Eric installed two 5kw solar panel grids mounted on dual-axis tracker poles. The tracker systems have significantly boosted my electricity generation (40+% over traditional roof-mount). When a fire destroyed my home in 2016, Eric was one of the first contractors I reached out to. Eric designed and built the main panel, solar interlock, geothermal heat generation, radiant floor heat distribution system, and the distributed water-cooled air-handlers used for A/C. The result is a near-silent heating and cooling system that provides comfortable and even temperatures at zero operating cost. Eric was a pleasure to work with and enjoys my absolute highest recommendation.”
