“I have a rental property and the a/c unit died. Due to the age of the unit, it needed to be replaced, not repaired. I needed to get the replacement done ASAP, but still got 3 quotes to compare prices. Superior was in line with the other 2, but was able to replace the unit later the very same day. Wow! My tenants were happy, I was happy, and Superior even sent me a box of cookies later as a Thank You gift for using them. I was really impressed with their company and will continue to use them for an future a/c repairs at both my own home and the rental property.”

“I have a rental townhome in Hilton Head and the air conditioning was not working. I had a few companies come out and Gochnauer was the best priced of the three. They were wonderful to deal with, very honest and trustworthy. The salesman even suggested a Wi-Fi thermostat instead of the Nest I was considering. The Wi-Fi thermostat was installed at no additional cost. Prior to the unit arriving, the air conditioning went out 2 times and they came out to recharge the unit at no cost which they didn't have to do but they kept the place cool until the new unit arrived. I was impressed with their customer service and would consider them again for future HVAC needs.”
