“Northern Eco Mechanical recently installed a mini split AC system in my home. I am extremely pleased with the experience. I believe their prices are competitive. They quickly responded to my inquiry to do an estimate, were knowledgeable about the products and made some great suggestions on a system that met my needs. I appreciate the convenience of having the work scheduled and completed quickly. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done. We have had some hot weather since the system has been installed, and the performance of the system exceeds my expectations. “Wilson and his team came out today in the time frame specified and were extremely attentive to accuracy and detailin the inspection of the HVAC in my home. My unit is 10 years old and original to the house when new, it's a Lennox and they knew the system well, did a very good cleaning of the furnace and somethings I'd never seen done. Wilson had a tool I loved, it showed the heat efficiency, and from what I googled it's an accurate measure for efficiency . I'm not a professional nor handy in the house but they took time to explain exactly what needs to be done when I power down the air conditioning and start the heater. I have a humidifier on the house for winter and that was cleaned complexly with explicit instructions on where to change it for operation with heater by Chris. They answered my questions on the longevity of the HVAC and explained the life of the furnace capacitor as well as the condenser capacitor . I strongly recommend them and advise you to use them. They own their company and take great pride in the work and I think they are reasonable . Good choice here and thanks to dexterous Mr. Wilson and his team!”

“When we bought our home, we had several heating and cooling companies come to assess our non- functioning central air conditioning system. Every company, except Design Air Inc., could only suggest that the entire system be replaced, costing over $10,000. Design Air however, suggested that the system was only a few years old and that there was a way to repair it at significant savings. The workmen were prompt, efficient and professional. Our cooling units have been running perfectly for over five years now. We continue to use Design Air for yearly maintenance and repair work on both of our heating and cooling systems. Their rates are reasonable and their professional are a pleasure to work with.”

“On time and not pushy like most plumbers.... Great honest work for a fair price...I had my HVAC installed by another company and found out that they were not honest and didnt do such a hot job.... I had a service contract with the other contract and my filters were never changed 7 years plus...Chris the owner of Raffa plumbing and heating came to my house with another worker and re-piped the units in the attic because they were pitched the wrong way. They also serviced both units and showed us how to change the filters ourselves... What plumber and HVAC company will do that for you...I will always use this company...”
