“The owner and all of the employees were very professional. I noted that it appears that they were using new, top of the line equipment which is important. They were extremely fast to respond to both quotes and in doing the job. (Very quick response even on the weekends!). I had them install 2 brand new systems on two different rental homes I own. Their prices were very competitive, and they explained everything they were going to do, and then after it was finished they stepped me through what they did and how to get the tenants to care for it properly. For my other rental homes with older AC systems, when the HVAC goes out, (heating or cooling), I now use them for all of my AC needs. I also use them both for my own home and for all of my rental homes.”

I received an outlined quote for the service I needed the same day and was able to move forward with the work on my AC system quickly. Within 3 days from the time the order place for my AC unit, we had a new system installed in my home. Will and his team was respectful of my home and their work was neat and professional. First Class AC is my preferred company for my AC repair in the future and I will recommend the company to my family and friends.”

“In July of 2020 our house AC unit was leaking onto the living room rug. John drained the system, checked out the whole unit & gave us status of it, and filled the freon and was very friendly & considerate. I'm calling him again for a different problem with this old unit!”

“The workers and owner of Pro-Tech A/C are very professional and experienced. They installed a Trane heat pump in my home back in 2008. They did a very good job and the installers were very polite. I have given their name to others who were also satisfied customers. I now work with them on a commercial level and they continue to give excellent and professional service.”
