“We had S&S install a new heat pump and furnace this past summer. Everything worked well until a couple of days ago. After the first snowfall, we had a problem. I called S&S around 4:00 PM and they confirmed that we would be the second call the next morning. They arrived and within 15 minutes the problem was fixed. We had a chunk of frozen snow fall off of our roof and right onto one of the blades of the fan. They cleaned it off and installed a "Snow Guard" to prevent any more problems. Great service and very nice and polite workmen.. i highly recommend them.”

“Our AC unit was installed 12 years ago with no issues. Our recent May heat wave and went to turn on the AC and nothing but hot air from the vents. Crap! Called the guys that installed the unit years ago in the West Island and they said "Good Luck finding a repair guy if ur not on our client list, click!!" We called numerous companies and all were busy... and we finally got Alex on the phone and right away Alex tried to help with some diagnostics and when that didn't work he said I'll be there as soon as tomorrow. Great! He called the next AM and he was there in a jiffy to diagnose and fix the problem with no hesitation. Alex is kind and people friendly and the best problem solver for any Heating and AC issues. Blair Climatization is the ONLY call I will make for future service! Thank You!”
