Alex came out the SAME DAY and not only found the issue, but was able to replace the part in the same visit! Prices are fair and their AI based app explained what was happening every step of the way. “I have had them come out & do yearly checkups plus they had to redo a/c unit with dehumidifier. They are thoughtful & considerate of your carpeting, etc. They clean up their messes & are courteous. When they say they are coming out, they show up! Very professional company! McGowan's put in all the a/c units in our condo complex.”

“I’m praising Ray M Walker who arrived at my house early Monday morning to check out an emergency water overflow situation we had going on with our AC Unit due to an old duct system. He assessed the situation, explained what was causing the problem and showed me pictures of the problem areas. The ducts needed to be replaced. I quickly agreed. He and his assistant Kerry arrived early the next morning and efficiently, professionally and as unobtrusively as possible removed the old ducts, built new connection boxes and installed the new ducts. He even arranged the new ducts so there’s more open storage space in the small attic. I appreciated very much his thinking “outside the box”! I highly recommend their work. They left everything clean and tidy, came prepared and finished the job in 5 hours. No sluffing off. And.......they were very pleasant and easy to be with. Barbara Hill”

“During the first heat wave of the year, our very old HVAC stopped working. We got three estimates from local businesses for replacing it and went with the best-rated, most local (owner lives in our neighborhood), and most affordable: Temp Control. Josh loaned us a room unit so we could sleep comfortably at night and the new system was installed just a week after we received the initial estimate (the quickest turnaround available from the 3 estimates we received). From start to finish, we were very impressed with the consideration, service, professionalism, and value we received from Josh and his team at Temp Control. No wonder they’re so highly rated! We’re happy to add our appreciation to the long list of Temp Control fans (pun intended!). :D”

“They replaced an outside air conditioning system a few years back and did a great job. They gave me a good price on a Trane unit and installed within a few days. I've called them a few times since for repairs on my inside unit and for yearly maintenance and I've always been happy with their service.”
