“We had an absolute wonderful experience working with Hans Loewen. We did a full renovation of our 3300 sqft. Condominium unit and we put in 10 single and 2 sliding doors full length. Custom design and made in Germany. All hinges, locks and handles are also high quality made in Germany. The doors close easy and smooth without sound and are free of any draft. Hans and his business partner Alex are very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process, and were able to work around our schedule. The project was completed on time, and the workmanship was excellent. We look forward to working with them in the event of future renovations and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get beautiful European doors not otherwise available in Canada. “The semi-detached house was alike many of the houses on the street, but I wanted the interior to be of a cotemporary design and within my budget. ScanWest not only gave me the modern open concept I was after, but also managed to salvage the original oak doors, redesigned them with cut outs of glass, and adding transoms giving so much more light inside the rooms. The entire house had the feeling of warmth and originality and Christopher managed to express in his own unique style exactly how I envisioned my home.”
