The sales rep was very friendly and knowledge able; Shauna, with whom I worked to schedule the installation, was extremely helpful when it came to gathering information and very patient/accomodating when I had to shift my project schedule around (door & window replacement was part of a much larger renovation); and the craftsman who perfomred the istallation demonstrated the highest level of skill in their trade and were very friendly and courtious while in our home. They replace two 32" doors with 36" doors and a window in about half a day.”
