“Our experience with Pools Plus and ALL of their Construction Team were very professional . We are very impressed with all aspects of Customer Service and Quality Craftsmanship. May I add that Jim and Jason both , were extremely organized , communicated daily to myself , so I knew what was going to happen day to day and also who was going to be in my backyard each day....very important !! I have referred Pools Plus to many neighbors that have asked who constructed our pool. Some of my neighbors have heard so many poor quality stories . My experience was nothing less than EXCELLENT !! Even after our Pool was finished, we had very few punch list items , and Pools Plus Jason Rasco was very responsive till every item was completed. Lastly , I had 26 Women new to our Neighborhood at my home last Wednesday 1-7-15 and many ask me questions about our backyard. I explained to my Neighbors, who did our Pool ,why we chose Pools Plus.”
