As any concerned son, I was leary of any contractor that would potentially take advantage, upsell or BS me. Not only did Roland and Chris NOT take advantage of me...they went over and beyond to make sure my mother and I were comfortable with the quote they provided, timelines and work progress. They were with us every step of the way, provided updates frequently, really listened to our needs and desires on how everything should look, and really utilized high quality technology to design and share with us. The customer portal is very helpful to be able to see where we were at in the process, communicate with the team, and track our billing.
