“Its been a pleasure working with Armando and Adrian (partners at Elite) and their work crews. The entire process was transparent, from the job quote, start and finish times and the actual job completion. Elite replaced the coping, tiles and resurfaced our pool, making it look brand new...my wife and I can't wait to host pool parties and just swimming and floating in our beautiful backyard oasis. The Elite team of workers were very respectful of both my wife and I and our property. They did a great job during demolition, construction and clean up. As with any large job, when a hiccup occurred (very few occurred) Adrian and Armando were responsive and reassuring and things taken care of in less than 1 day.....hiccups in our case seemed to be minor things that could occur but the Elite team was very knowledgeable to resolving anything that popped up. The day of the Napa earthquake, my cover was underwater and he sent someone 6h away to come same day, pool my cover out and when I told him I might not have power, he sent his son with a generator. Amazing.”

“My wife & I worked with John and his team to install a new pool. Every phase of the project was enjoyable; from design to completion. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We were especially pleased with how well they integrated the previously improved patio (i.e. BBQ, Seating Walls, Concrete) with the new pool, decking, and walls. I've since recommended the company to my parents who had a similar experience. Their project was refurbishing a 20 year old pool. They too have raved about the team. As long as the company continues in the fashion they have, I will never use another pool company. Thank you Hawkins!”

“Performed a re-building of my Father-in-Law's home after it was gutted by an electrical fire. Ross and his Team were outstanding at getting the job secured, got the permitting process begun and cleaned up and catagorized all of the items which were in the House. Follow-up was professional and all of the coordination through out the re-construction was great. Ross even assisted in being sure colors and decor matched when he noticed differences to choices. Dealing with the Insurance and Bank was also handled by his daughter Tiffany who coordinated everything financially for draws and signatures by the Bank.”

“If I ever want to have another pool built, I will hire and have Riviera Pools build it again. From the initial bid presentation to when the pool was getting filled with water, Riviera Pools did what Tony (owner) said they'd do and then more. Tony and Joe (constr. mgr) had been just flat out accomodating and helpful, not to mention the hard initial work that Jim (designer) had to go through with the City to get permits for the project. I cannot thank them enough for the work they have done. One more thing - they only work with very competent sub-contractors, but if anything is in question, Tony will make sure that things get cleared right away. Thanks Tony, Joe and Jim!!!!”
