“My wife and I decided to get a pool and jacuzzi at the house. I went with Guerra Hardscapes, LLC because they came highly recommended by a couple of friends of ours. We’re so glad that we did. Everything was perfect from the beginning of the job all the way to the end. Pool and jacuzzi came out amazing. They did a wonderful job. We are very happy. I am also going to use them to do my outdoor kitchen. Check their Instagram page. Look at the Kelly’s Pool.”

“COMMENT Area Of Satisfaction Milton, GA Nov 08, 2012 Let me start from the beginning- This was the first pool that we had ever contracted to build: so for us, there were many unknowns and a lot of questions !!! Vance and Joe were very patient, professional and most importantly, thorough, which made a world of difference throughout the process. From obtaining permits, to getting quality materials delivered promptly without damage to our property, to overcoming obstacles regarding soil conditions and water drainage, to dealing with HOA requirements, design layout (which turned out Beautiful !!) to helping pick out patio pavers, fencing around pool--excavating the entire backyard and sodding with zoyia ( middle of July in Georgia, amazing it turned out as nice as it did !!) redoing our sprinkler system to include the new zones covering 10,000 sq ft of extra sod, bringing in 10 to 15 truckloads of dirt,....When I think about what was accomplished, how smoothly it was executed, and the beautiful end result, I can say, without a doubt, that we are EXTREMELY satisfied as I feel, the backyard has been transformed and not only will we be able to enjoy this extention to our home for years to come, I also feel we have increased our home value and cannot be happier!!”

The work was completed in a timely manner and came in at budget.”

“GLD not only completely designed my front and back yard, they maintain it on a regular basis. They respond quickly when I contact them. They go above and beyond. I would recommend GLD to anyone that wants the WOW yard. I want to say to the last person that sent in a review and complained: You are an idiot. I have known the owner of this company for years and he has ALWAYS done a fantastic job. He explains what will work and what will not. I know he explained things to you. Your problem is you did not ask the real boss (your wife) before you said to go ahead with the planting. When she did not like it you made up some crap to save face with her or we know who wears the pants. Bottomline it was YOUR FAULT and NOT this company. So to anyone that read his comment please disregard as he has no class or commonsense.”

“Our experience with Atlantis has been excellent. I'm in the home improvement industry and tend to be very critical of our experience with contractors. Atlantis handles the process from start to finish as promised and turn key, which is exactly what a contractor should do for you. They lived up to their promised timing, processes, and promised end result. Bruce at Atlantis created an incredible plan with the yard we had to work with and his crew lead by Brian and Bernie, did a wonderful job executing his plan even when challenges were uncovered with the soil and changes in the plans from us. Our largest challenge was the soil conditions, extensive grading and retaining wall areas that had to be dealt with to even be able to do the pool. Brian went above and beyond to work through and figure out how to accomplish the grading and make it all work. The end result is incredible with NO problems dealing with Atlantis. We met with 6 pool companies and visited 10 jobs Atlantis did before selecting them. We couldn't be more pleased.”

“Amazing designer and builder of high end pools at a very competitive price. Jon is that rare combination of a designer who knows how to build what he designs. Or in the alternative a builder who knows design. He has wonderful taste and a design background with many years of building pools in normal and challenging sites. He has built on sites that had geological problems and on hillsides. In my case he finished a pool that another contractor started and abandoned halfway through the job. Many other contractors wouldn't do the job because of the responsibility involved and because the less profitable part of the job was the finish. He checked the work that was done and knew the sub-contractors who had done the gunite work and verified it had been done correctly. He finished the pool perfectly including a stone pool cover housing that the previous contractor said could not be done. Jon also stood behind his work for the last 15 years and helped me with replacement repairs of the equipment over the years. He has been an important professional in maintaining and advising me on my pool issues. You can't do better than Jon Hutchings and Bikini Pools.”

“I am writing to comment on Catalina pool cleaning service and maintenance. They have cleaned and maintained my pool for over one year and I am very pleased. RJ McNett is always available to answer any questions I have about my pool and each service visit includes an itemized invoice of charges(never any hidden costs) and a photo of the pool after service is complete. I highly reccomend Catalina Pools because both Mr McNett and Mr. Cooper are excellent people to work with.”
